Our success to-date is due to a new industry attitude, an attitude formed by the sense of community created by the members of the Australian Property Manager Community Facebook Group. In this era of social networking, information sharing in the real estate industry has never been better and the sense of belonging together with the ease of communicating ideas and advice is driving self-improvement and betterment of the industry as a whole.

COMMUNITY
The APMC Group
The Australian Property Manager Community was created in 2013 by industry expert, Clare Verrall. Clare promptly invited Hayley Mitchell to co-administer the group and between them, they have approved over 7,500 verified property manager members.
The group is open to all property managers and is used for sharing advice, education and general day-to-day information. Collusion, advertising and solicitation is strictly prohibited which keeps the group open, active and flowing with relevant information every minute of the day.
