Webinar Series – How to get the most out of your PropertyMe software in this 3 part series

Melbourne Property Agents are official partners of PropertyMe. Nina, MPA’s Managing Director has worked with Property Me software from when it was born into the cloud in 2013 and has extensive knowledge of the program.  Nina & Hayley have teamed up and created sessions for anyone currently using, or thinking about using Property Me in their role or business. These in-depth sessions will provide you some useful tips and tricks that you can implement in your day to day use of the program and allow you to take full advantage of all the features the software offers.

There are 3 sessions in total and cater for all user levels including beginner, intermediate & advanced. We would love you to attend all of three sessions however you can also choose the one most relevant to your experience level if that is preferred.

Each session will run for 90 minutes at a cost $99 per session and are capped at 15 attendees to ensure you get maximum attention. Please note you will need to have cameras on and microphones on because these sessions are interactive.

What we will cover in the 3 sessions:

Session 1 on 7th October – During this session we will conduct an overview of Property Me and its features, we will show you how to best set up the software and the main tasks you will need to use on a daily basis. We will cover items such as product overview, dashboard & Insights, managing tenants, owners and suppliers.  At the end of this session you will be able to navigate your way through the systems and implement many tips learnt that will help you to get the best use out of the program.

Session 2 on 14th October – This session will introduce you to more in-depth tasks that will assist you in the daily use of Property Me. We will cover a wide range of items such as managing jobs, maintenance & quotes, rental reviews, lease renewals, managing arrears, planning inspections and much more. This session is designed for those who are currently using the program or have completed session 1.

Session 3 on 20th October – The final session is for those that have been using the program for a while or have completed our previous sessions. We delve much deeper into the set up and use of the program. If you are a trust accountant, a PM leader or business owner then this is the session for you! We will cover basic trust accounting, management & business reporting, Integrations & Partners, safety features of PMe such as find my team and duress alarm. We will also show you how to manage your teams KPI’s, create personalised templates and much more.
